HOW TO MAKE FREEDOM FIGHTER RESERVATION CERTIFICATE IN BIHAR.

In this post, I will guide step by step process
3 Sep 2015 Bihar government decided to give 2% horizontal reservation for freedom fighter (grandson/granddaughter)(पोता/नाती/पोती/नवासी) in Bihar government vacancy. Only for those freedom fighters who take a pension from the Indian government. For detail, notice the pdf file.
Lots of people don't know how to take advantage so Gen Hindi tried to give you detailed knowledge about how to make these certificates which documents need etc.

DOCUMENTS LIST

1:- PPO(pension permit order) no given by the Indian government  this is the main document
2:- family index certificate(परिवार सूचकांक प्रमाण पत्र) issued by BDO
3:-Character certificate (issued by Sp)
4:-Freedom fighter Successor form(स्वतंत्रता सेनानी उत्तराधिकारी फॉर्म ) download forum
you can download the form from this site and also collect it from the DM office.
Fill the form and attach all documents and submit the form at the DM office don't forget to take the latter no from DM office otherwise you face some difficulty that time when you go to DM office to collect the certificate.
After submitting the application forum at DM office they will verify your all documents by local police(police station which you belong to you) if everything is OK DM issue certificates. It takes up to 50 to 60 days to complete all things. that is the complete process for all but if grandson/granddaughter(son/daughter)of freedom fighter daughter one more step add they need to make two family index certificate one from his NANA(नाना) this certificate shows her mother belongs from that family and one from his home that shows how many children she has.
